Mile After Mile: I ran from Maine to Washington DC in January to support the Wounded Warrior Project and American Cancer Society. I’ve got more than 100,000 lifetime miles under my belt including 20 Boston Marathons and 14 NYC Marathons.
Integrating Nutrition: I started taking Reliv a few months ago, and have been amazed at the active energy boost I get! Guys my age do take notice when something we’ve been doing all our lives suddenly feels easier. Bouncy is how I’d describe it!
