Reliv Director Erin Muhlestein

My name is Erin Muhlestein and I live in Gilbert, Arizona, with my wonderful husband and four amazing boys. Seventeen years ago I was a mom praying for answers for her children’s health when I was introduced to Reliv by a close friend. We had two boys battling various respiratory issues. A: South Jordan, Utah

Reliv Director Jennine Hall

Hi, my name is Jennine Hall, I am a Mohawk from the Akwesasne territory located on the US/Canada border. I was a Reliv Distributor around 15 years ago but recently got back into it when I made the decision to stop letting life just happen to me, and take control of the things I can, like my health. 

Over the years I have developed digestive issues, allergies, other health concerns, and gained a lot of weight. 

I changed the way I eat and started getting more exercise. I knew that would not be enough to reach my long-term goals. I was thinking about what I could do to supplement my nutrition when I looked down in my hand at the cup I was drinking my smoothie out of. It was an old Reliv cup I still had from 15 years ago! A: Hi, my name is Loren Hallenbeck and this is me NOW thanks to Reliv! I was born in Bolivia, but was raised in Alexandria, Virginia. Currently, I live in Texas with my husband and two young boys.

Q: What is your Reliv regimen? 

A: My Reliv regimen has changed over the years. I started with the Mighty Three (Classic, Innergize!, and FibRestore), and now I have added a few Reliv Targeted Solutions like SoySentials and LunaRich X capsules. I’ve also added Arthaffect and Innergize! at nighttime.

A: To have better health! 

Q: What results have you seen?

A: Prior to Reliv, I suffered from headaches, digestive issues and a lack of energy.  Within a few months, I noticed that I was sleeping better, my headaches and digestion improved and I just felt healthier.  My most recent health journey occurred right when Covid hit. I began to have intense PMS pains and in March 2020, I noticed a bump on my lower abdomen. A: I have a Reliv shake first thing every morning and another shake in the afternoon, with Classic, Innergize!, ProVantage, Arthaffect, and FibRestore.

Q: Why did you choose Reliv?

A: Fortunately, my parents were introduced to Reliv when my mom was experiencing discomfort from an autoimmune condition more than 30 years ago. After seeing how significantly my mom’s health improved, they encouraged me to take the products, and I’m so glad they did!

Kathy Gorby

1st place in Top 3 for March 2021

Hello, my name is Kathy Gorby, and I am from St. Marys, Ohio. This is me Now! More than 8 years ago, I had the normal aches and pains of aging. I was also living with nerve and back discomfort, allergies, and feeling blue. Then a friend introduced me to Reliv, and it changed my life. She introduced me to all these amazing stories. 

My first thought was, “These people are real! Customers are important. We know this because we own and operate a hotel. If we don’t have customers, we don’t have a business. Simply buying another hotel won’t increase revenue by itself. This past year has been tough on many businesses, including the hospitality industry. Most people can do without travel; it is one of the first things they cut from their budget. However, people will always need to eat and want to be healthy. 

Supplementation has never been more important in empowering our immunity. I look at my nutrition as my main food by adding healthy food choices. How to Write a Business Plan for the New Year

Okay, it’s the beginning of a new year and you want to get off to a great start with your business. I’ve got an idea, let’s come up with a plan that will be sure to get you going in 2020. Let’s be clever, too, and make it a strategy that will be both simple and fun. With that said, let’s get started.

The amazing golfer, Jack Nicklaus, once said that he started off each new season by going back to the basics. With his coach, he checked his grip, posture, and alignment. Nicklaus always said that if he got the basics right he had a great chance of being successful.  I think the same is true in your Reliv business.

Learn the Product

So what are the basics that we need to master? Well, number one is that you have to be a product of the product. That means you’re taking your delicious-Reliv nutrition every day, you’re moving more, and you’re eating smarter. We’re a wellness company so it’s essential that we practice what we preach.

Goal Setting

Step two is to set some goals for 2020. Where do you want your business to be by the end of the year? Keep it simple. If you’re not a Master Affiliate yet, get to that tier so you can earn the most profit. Then look at the director ladder and pick a level that you want to reach. Is it Director, Senior Director, Master Director, or Presidential Director? In addition to climbing the director ladder, you might consider setting your sights on winning the free trip to Hawaii. These two go hand in hand by the way. Thus, working to get to Hawaii is exactly what you need to be doing in order to climb the director ladder.

Know Your Business

And again, like Nicklaus, let’s re-examine the basics by going to the Reliv website and reviewing the product wheel, the compensation plan, and the ICSAR training. In today’s world, your website is your storefront so it’s essential that you know where everything is and how to use it. It only stands to reason that a dynamic sales team must be well trained and that training will come from both your upline and the company. It is imperative that we keep these steps simple so that they are duplicatable. Above all, when people see our training, they come away saying to themselves, “I can do that.”

Promotion

Okay, now that you’ve gone through the website you know where the best videos are and how to share them. You’re also familiar with the latest promotions, and you’ve started your week by watching the Engage video so you know what’s going on. You’ve also studied social media training and gone over your product-training cards. You’ve been coached up by your upline, your office is in order with all the necessary Reliv materials such as business cards and brochures. You’ve even practiced your elevator speech. Yep, now it’s time to take action, which is what defines us.

It all starts with you going out there and telling people about our great products. That’s what the company pays you to do. Use your upline to help you in the beginning, and never forget that your mission is to find out what people want and then help them get it. Maybe you know some folks who want to lose weight. Great, we’ve got just what they’re looking for. Or perhaps you know someone who is stressed out, or tired, or who can’t sleep, or who needs money for retirement or to pay off school loans. Fantastic, we’ve got just what they need. You see, we are problem solvers, and we handle two of the biggest challenges that people face – health and finances.

Advancement

It stands to reason that if you want to earn income, whether it’s $500 or $5,000 a month, that you get to the Master Affiliate level so that you make the most amount of profit. Let’s say that you’ve made your list of prospects, you’re doing presentations, and now you have 20 customers in our auto-ship program who are getting a fabulous deal with their 20% discount and free shipping. Guess what, if you’re a Master Affiliate and you’ve got 20 customers, you’re making at least $500 a month. Furthermore, the company is taking their orders, shipping their products, and sending you weekly checks. And because we deal with consumables, your customers will order again and again. Not only that, but the world is your market place, and with today’s tools, you can communicate with people anywhere at any time. Can you imagine what would happen if you had 100 customers?

Keep in mind, too, that some of your customers will become distributors like you. Help that person up to Master Affiliate, and boom, there’s another $500 in your pocket. Another great way to earn $500 is to get three Quick Starts. When you look at it that way, doesn’t it make sense that each month you should have a plan to bring in a certain number of new customers, Quick Starts, or Master Affiliates, knowing that each time you achieve one of these goals, you’re earning points for Hawaii.

Working the Plan

The key to any plan is to take action and to do it with all the confidence of a 4-year-old in a Batman T-shirt. Set a goal to talk to two or three people each day about Reliv. That means being a part of a structure that supports your business.

It’s important for you and your tribe to focus your energy on income-producing activities. That means doing in-home presentations, taking guests to special events, meetings, and training. The fact is, there’s a tremendous amount of support available to you in the field and at headquarters, and never forget that you are in business for yourself but not by yourself.

Reliv Presidential Ambassador Karen Turner (left)  shared some powerful advice at a breakout session during the Austin National Conference.
She reminded Distributors to surround themselves with the kind of people who will enrich and support their business. It’s a great reminder to us all about what qualities we want to cultivate, and which ones should be avoided.

Focused–set goals, keep commitments, want success
