Summer is right around the corner and it’s time to shake things up! Prepare to have fun in the sun with your favorite Reliv core nutrition that your body deserves. Here are some light, refreshing recipes for you to try as you lay by the pool or have a picnic in the park with your family:
Toning Green Smoothie
1 scoop Reliv Now®
½ cup coconut water
1 banana
1 cucumber
2 Tbs. of fresh ginger
1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ice
Blend and serve.
Reliv Berry Smoothie
1 scoop Reliv Now
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup frozen berries
½ frozen banana
1 cup spinach
Blend and serve.
Piña Colada Shake
1 scoop Reliv Now
½ cup pineapple
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 ice cubes
Blend and serve.
Mango Margarita Shake
1 scoop Reliv Now
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup mango
2 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tsp. lime zest
1 Tbs. chia seeds
1 cup ice

Fit3 Fudgesicles
1 ½ cups Coconut Milk
1 ½ scoops Fit3 Active™ or Reliv Now® for Kids (chocolate flavor)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cocoa Powder
Blend ingredients and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
