Customer Service Representatives: We Can’t Thank You Enough

DSC2017

By Social Media Coordinator Michaela Bukaty

In honor of National Customer Service Week, this post is dedicated to all those who strive each day to be the best they can be for their customers! We all value our Distributor Service Center representatives more than they know, which is why we try to make this week extra special for them. We are so lucky to have DSC employees that are so dedicated and passionate for helping our valued customers and Distributors.

Personal Growth & Success

In the words of Executive VP of Sales Tom Pinnock, “Network marketing demands personal growth… to be good in this industry, you must become the best person you can be. The fact is, when you deal with people every day, you learn much about yourself and about the strengths and weaknesses of others.”

Customer service is the key to success with your Reliv business. Reliv is about building and maintaining relationships in order to provide quality care and service to your customers and fellow Distributors. Customer service also requires that you take a step back from yourself, evaluate the situation and think about the other party involved.

Connect With Your Customer

Take note from our dedicated DSC employees and understand that there is always another human being on the other side and build a bridge to them. This bridge that you form will connect you to your customer so that they will feel valued. Steve Jobs said, “Get closer than ever to your customers. So close that you tell them what they need well before they realize it themselves.” By providing spectacular care and service to your customers, they will remain loyal and grateful to you while also building up your business!

Customer Service Tips

Here are a few quick tips for great customer service:

  • Speak clearly and use positive language when talking to a customer.
  • Always follow up no matter what!
  • Write a handwritten thank you note to your new customers if you are able, or send them a personal note. It could even be a simple email, text or social media direct message.
