Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you all! In celebration of all things green, I’d like to share my favorite green Reliv smoothie recipe with you all. This is an easy one to make and doesn’t involve too many ingredients. It packs a naturally sweet and healthy punch that will get your day off to a great start!
Here’s how you make the Lean Green Nutrition Machine smoothie!
Start with a healthy handful of fresh green baby spinach. Add a nicely ripe banana and some slivers of golden delicious apples for flavor. I threw in some whole natural almonds to add protein because this smoothie was intended to keep me full until lunch.
