First Place (personal blender winner)
Get the Day Started Smoothie by Emily Soen of Jackson, MS
¾ cup frozen pineapple & mango chunks, slightly thawed
1 cup fresh spinach
¾ cup water
2-3 oz tofu, firm or silken
1 scoop Reliv Now
¼-1/2 scoop Reliv All Natural Sweetener
1 tsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients into a blender and enjoy! You will be feeling amazing while all your coworkers are going for that mid-morning cup of joe. Spinach is a very mild-tasting green with a very high nutrition punch, so the other flavors conceal it well. You can play with this recipe to fit your preferences – if you like your smoothies thicker, add more banana or tofu, if you love mango flavor, use only mango chunks, etc.
Second Place (recipe book winner)
