As part of the Reliv 25 technology initiative, we will be suspending online Distributor services, including online ordering, for this weekend only to facilitate an internal data migration. This is an important step to improve the security and functionality of Reliv’s digital infrastructure — and to pave the way for exciting enhancements on the way!
While reliv.com and the Reliv Blog will remain live for all visitors, you will not be able to log in to your Reliv account online from Friday, 4/19, at 5pm CDT – Sunday, 4/21 (although we hope to be up and running ahead of schedule). Services affected include:
• Online ordering
• Distributor portal pages
• Online Distributor and customer applications
• Distributor Dashboards
• Account Inquiry
You can still place orders through the Distributor Services Center at 800 RELIV US (735.4887) on Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00am – 2:00pm. You can also fax in your orders anytime to 636.537.9753. We anticipate having all online services available again by Monday, 4/22.
