Team Reliv January Contest Winners

We kicked off the Reliv 25 celebration by asking how YOU plan to Reliv 2013! We asked for your fitness plans and tips for the year and any new activities you’ll be trying as you strive for optimal health. Here are the winning responses:

One of my 2013 goals is to run another marathon–it’s been a few years, and I’m feeling the need for a long run. It’s also a way for me to give back to cancer research and prevention efforts. – Alice

Reliv gave me HOPE! At age 60 I wake boarded for the first time! – Rosanne Knape

I’m adding muscle with Provantage at the gym so when I’m back to 200-300 mile weeks on the road bike I’m ready with strength. – Steve Sullivan

I plan to exercise at least 25 minutes each day in honor of the 25th birthday of Reliv International! I also intend to share the Reliv story with 25 people each week because I feel so grand each day! – Debby Hesterberg

The burpee challenge is something I’m doing with a running group. We found the challenge online and keep each other motivated! Our goal is to up our burpees each day & by the end of the month we do 100 in one day! – Danielle Pence

Do you want to be healthy? Take Reliv and B-R-E-A-T-H-E. Most don’t realize how cramped their breathing is in this quick-paced life we live. – Patti Kinder

In 2013, I’m taking my families health and fitness to the next level! Half-marathon, 5K and triathlon here we come! – Bobby Robles

We started taking dance lessons on Friday nights. And keeping track of my calories online, what a difference that makes. Otherwise, you really don’t know how much you ate! – Julie Waterman

I stay active with my interest with hiking, backpacking and yoga. This year I am adding to my routine weight lifting! – Shanda Sullivan
