How Do You Reliv the Holidays?

We can’t believe it’s December already and with project “X” well underway, we’re feeling some of the holiday stress!

 We want to know how you handle the avalanche of festivities the winter season brings while still keeping health and fitness a priority. So we came up with the idea to help you get your hands on some Team Reliv gear, while we check our list twice.

So sound off and let us know how you “Reliv” the holiday season by sending us your holiday fitness tips.   

We will pick our top ten favorites and share them on our blog and via social media. If we pick yours, you’ll also receive a Team Reliv prize!

  1. Well…To be honest, I don’t feel I’ve done the greatest in this area this year. However, I have made sure to get my Reliv shakes in every day and have said “No” to some of the extra things. I also scheduled in some family activities so they wouldn’t be missed and a date night with my wonderful husband.

Its always easy to stress out and overeat and eat wrong with all the running around of the holidays so I always keep a dry shake on me that way while out instead of getting fast food I can drink my shake. And instead of trying to get into the gym while getting presents and wrapping and parties I just go online and do a quick exercise video you can find tons of them on YouTube. As for gift ideas I try to shop online and do shipping that way I don’t have to fight crowds so that keeps my stress level down, I try to stick to just one gift a person or secret Santa or even couples gifts and I like getting practical gifts that people can use. Ex…diapers for babies or grillers and easy make machines that way you don’t have to use oils or butter. When I have to bring a dish I try to stay with veggies and make a low-fat cream cheese dip so you don’t have as many calories. And by the new year I don’t need new clothes and my wallet isn’t drained. Lol merry chrismas and happy New year to all!
