Pleased to Meet Reliv

Reliv, Reliv International, reliv.com, Reliv blog, Mandy Manley Greetings from Reliv HQ! I’m Mandy Manley, the new Marketing Communications Specialist. I’m learning the ropes of our social media strategy and will be running the Reliv Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels. I’d like to share a bit about myself in the hopes that you’ll feel comfortable reaching out to me and sharing your stories.

A little over a year ago, I was facing down my 30th birthday and unhappy with the way I looked and felt. Have you ever had a moment when you said “enough!” and made a decision to change?

That moment came for me in June 2011. With the support of my family and friends, I decided to take ownership of my well-being and I’m proud to say that I am now at a healthy weight. By making simple changes in the way I think about food and controlling the ingredients and portions I put in my body, I have dropped two dress sizes. My last doctor’s visit felt like a special treat as I got the report that my blood sugar and cholesterol had improved. She even gave me a high-five and said, “I wish more patients had such positive news.”

Exercise has become a part of my life. In the last year I have completed two half-marathons, four 10K races and countless 5K runs. At age 29, I set the goal of having a healthy BMI by my 30th birthday. This past July, that goal became an accomplishment. It feels good to say, “I am a runner,” and believe it in my heart. The choice I made to become a better, healthier version of myself have touched every relationship in my life and given me confidence.

I’m thrilled to be joining the Reliv family and have started supplementing my revamped food choices with Reliv’s fantastic line of products – Reliv Now®, Innergize!®, Slimplicity®, and Cellebrate® to name a few. The news about the benefits of LunaRich and the possibilities of the eXciting announcement in January have me revved up and ready to go!

In addition to running, I’m also a motorcyclist, knitter, moviegoer, tea enthusiast, scrapbooker and Kentucky Wildcats fan (my alma mater). I love to swap coupons, healthy recipes and time management techniques.

Enough about me. I’m here to hear about YOU. Let’s get social through media! My goal is to share your stories and maybe even inspire you a bit along the way. I want to know what motivates you. What inspires you? What story are you itching to tell? Let’s get those stories organized and take them to the world. Everybody deserves to hear the messages that you carry.

You can reach me at mmanley@relivinc.com as well as on social media. I’m thrilled to get to know all of you and to help share your stories of health, success and happiness with the world. The world needs to hear our message, and I’m honored to help share your story.

  1. Hi Mandy!!!!! I am Lauren Laird! You’ve got big shoes to fill, and by reading about you I’m sure you’ll do just fine. We had a lot of fun with Annie, who was previously in your position. Every international conference there is a tour of headquarters and this most recent trip we have a picture of our Reliv group invading Annie’s desk. Our group likes to have fun! We use social media to grow our businesses, so we appreciate you and what you do. I’m personally not on twitter, but my husband is. I would be surprised if he hasn’t already tweeted out at you. If he hasn’t, I eat my words… Anyhoo! I’m excited for you and your journey. You couldn’t be working for a better company. So, welcome to the Reliv family! I look forward to meeting you at national conference in Feb!!
