25 Miles for Reliv 25 Challenge

It’s November already… you know what that means? Time to gear up for family festivities, way too much food and — for our runners and walkers out there — fall 5Ks, 10Ks and marathons! 

Speaking of running and walking, this month Team Reliv has a fun challenge to help celebrate Reliv’s 25 years and keep your feet moving. 

Your mission: log at least 25 miles in the month of November, running or walking. Your reward: a chance to win Team Reliv gear. Is 25 miles no problem for you? Make it 125! Whatever gets you motivated to reach higher goals this month. It’s all about getting moving and getting fit.

Here’s how to participate:

  1. 1. Let us know this week that you’re taking up the challenge on Team Reliv’s Facebook page and keep us posted on your progress.
  2. 2. When you reach 25 miles, celebrate and post it on Team Reliv’s page so we know you’ve tackled the challenge. Then keep us posted on how far you go from there!
  3. 3. At the end of the month we’ll do a random draw for some winners of Reliv gear.  It couldn’t be easier!

  1. I started my 25 miles last Sunday with 5 mi and today with 3 mi, and I felt great. The first day, my legs is soooo sore, because I didn’t exercise for 4.5 years. But then before sleep, I took my 2nd shake (Classic, Innergize, and Fibrestore), and when I woke up in the morning, its surprising me, my legs is not sore anymore! I’m so thankfull with my shake. And today, I drink innergize during my 3 mi walked, and I hv alot energy!

    My pedometer helps me keep track when in new area the first time.
    When I finished the month and figured the total miles walked for exercise the surprise was the 152 mile total.
    When walking think back to the encouraging things from the stories of friends that will cause to smile with the encouraging things they do to improve their life.

  7. I walked on the treadmill 26.5 miles this month(starting last Nov.18). Sometimes using incline 3 or 4. I enjoy walking to burn some calories and takecare my healht.
