Reliv Bread Recipe: Zucchini Bread

2 eggs well beaten

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil

3 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 2/3 cup Relivables® All-Natural Sweetener

1 tsp nutmeg

2 3/4 cups flour
2-3 scoops GlucAffect®

Nuts and Raisins (optional)
2 cups zucchini, peel and grate
Mix well in order. Bake in 2 greased, floured loaf pans at 325° for 1 hour
