Presidential Silver Ambassadors Dave and Betty Blazic have been successful in hosting Reliv booths at various events. Here, they share some tips and best practices for making your Reliv booth a success!
When we do a booth, here is what we bring:
● a nice banner (the Reliv business builders or product one is good) hung high behind me.
● a nice tablecloth that goes to the ground so we can cover the boxes of paper goods below and it looks neater.
● a simple can display: 3 Innergize!, Reliv Now, Reliv Classic and FibRestore and maybe a Reliv Now for Kids or Slimplicity. Fewer cans are better (otherwise they think they have to take “ALL THAT STUFF” and might get overwhelmed.)
● a couple of clipboards with an approved company sign-up sheet for their name, address, phone, best time to call, and some questions for health and business. (Be sure you can read their writing and that it is filled out properly. (We personally don’t leave room for an email address because we want to talk to them.)
Be sure and make notes on their sheet as you get to know them in your conversation and write good notes like, “easy to chat with, nurse, wants to be home with kids, looking for improved joint health, wants help with work outs, Chief’s game tonight.” Then when you call them back you can comment on those things to make it more personal.
Under the sign up sheets we use an approved information sheet. One column has reasons they might want the product for health and the other is why they might want Reliv for a business. Below that is a phone number for a recorded call, my website and my phone number.
We serve lemon Innergize! samples. Note: We use 3 oz plastic cups and not paper. (Paper don’t hold up well it all.) We display 3-5 cups at little over half full on a round nice looking tray.
Just walk right up to someone going by and say, “Would you like a sample of our sports drink? It has a light taste of lemon but comes in orange and punch also. It is part of our nutritional program from Reliv International. Have you heard of us? We make a six-figure income. Would you like some information?”
If they say, “Yes” or “I’ll take something.” We say, “If you are serious we’ll let you fill this out.” If they hesitate we say, “Oh, that’s ok, take information and check us out. If you are interested call us back.”
Then smile and turn away. If we encounter negative people or people who take too much of our time we do the same thing.
