  1. Have any of you heard of the Five Rights. There are only 5 exercises and you start out doing 3 each day for a week, then you add 2 more each week until you get up to 21 of each. I feel great after doing them, I am up to 21 of each each day, then I go for a 30 minute walk, so that I get 45 minutes exercise each day. I have been on the Slimplicity shakes and a diet for a week and a half and have lost 8 pounds, and want to lose 25 to 30 more.
