It took four years and the desire to retire close to their seven children and fifteen grandchildren, for Reliv Ambassadors Lynn and Dixie Hutchins to finally look at Reliv.
“We finally realized that what we were looking for – the freedom to retire from our jobs and live wherever we choose – was what my brother, Gold Ambassador Gordon Mortensen, already had with Reliv since he joined the business four years ago,” Dixie recalls. “So we asked him how we could do what he was doing.
“At Gordon’s advice, we got on the Reliv products and plugged into calls,” she continues. “We wound up falling in love with the products and, at the Phoenix Leadership Conference in January of 2004, we fell in love with the company, as well!”
Dixie and Lynn worked their Reliv business “very part-time” from their home in British Columbia, Canada – traveling 5,000 miles round-trip to attend Reliv events. The unexpected sale of their ranch and home in Canada prompted the couple to quit their jobs as a welder/machinist and a medical transcriptionist and move to Lajara, Colorado.
“We knew the product worked and the business was real – the only variable in the equation was us,” Dixie says.
Determined to do whatever it took to be successful, the Hutchins plugged into the Reliv Success System and, with the help of their upline, started a new System in Colorado, and another one in Springfield, Missouri.
“Once we became very consistent about following the Reliv basics, we were Ambassadors within three months,” Dixie says. “And, since going full-time, we earn between $5,000 and $6,000 per month with Reliv!
“Best of all, we’re building our business alongside our family – including four of our children and my brother, Gordon,” Dixie continues. “We’re forever grateful to Gordon for showing us the opportunity of our lifetime!”
